CÔNG TY TNHH GAMU GAME STUDIOS (“Gamu Game Studios”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a limited liability company registered in Vietnam with its registered address at LK02.No.01 Khu Đồng Dưa, Đường Ngô Thì Nhậm, Phường Hà Đông, Thành phố Hà Nội, Việt Nam. We develop and publish mobile games, including Snake Chroma (available on the App Store and Google Play).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use our games, this website and related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.
We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address or other directly identifying information to play our games. Depending on the features enabled in a game, we and our partners may collect:
We use information to: operate, maintain and improve our games; remember your progress and settings; understand how players use our games; fix bugs and technical problems; show and measure advertising (including rewarded and interstitial ads); measure marketing campaign performance; detect and prevent fraud, cheating and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and respond to your support requests.
Our games may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) for analytics, advertising, attribution, crash reporting and in-app purchases. Our games are free to play and may be supported by advertising. Advertising partners may use your advertising identifier and in-app event data (installs, sessions, purchases, ad interactions) to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and, where permitted, personalize ads. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (see Section 9).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: the third-party service providers listed above, who process data on our behalf or for their own advertising purposes; platform operators (Apple, Google) as required to distribute our games; professional advisers, and authorities where required by law; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
We are based in Vietnam. Our service providers may process information on servers located in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Analytics and advertising data is typically retained by our partners for a limited period (for example, up to 14–26 months) and then deleted or aggregated. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where required by platform policies, we configure our advertising and analytics SDKs to treat users in child-directed or age-restricted contexts appropriately. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the game. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
