These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and CÔNG TY TNHH GAMU GAME STUDIOS (“Gamu Game Studios”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Vietnam with its registered address at LK02.No.01 Khu Đồng Dưa, Đường Ngô Thì Nhậm, Phường Hà Đông, Thành phố Hà Nội, Việt Nam. They govern your use of our mobile games, including Snake Chroma, this website and any related services (together, the “Services”). By downloading, installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play our games on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Gamu Game Studios.
You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Services; use cheats, bots, hacks, mods or unauthorized third-party software; exploit bugs or interfere with the normal operation of the Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other players’ data; use the Services for any unlawful purpose; or remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
Our games may offer virtual currency, items, boosts or other content (“Virtual Items”) for free or for purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Virtual Items have no real-world value, are not redeemable for money, and are licensed to you rather than sold. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms; refund requests are handled by the store where you made the purchase. We may modify, replace or remove Virtual Items at any time.
Our games are free to play and may display advertisements from third-party ad networks, including optional rewarded ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services offered by advertisers.
The Services, including all games, artwork, characters, code, music, text, logos and trademarks (such as “Gamu Game Studios” and “Snake Chroma”), are owned by or licensed to Gamu Game Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required to continue playing. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or free from errors.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11 and 12) will survive.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gamu Game Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or USD 10, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved by the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is material, notify you within the game or on this website. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
